Hello, My name is Cliodhna of Scoon / MKA Katie Nolen I am the MOAS for The Marche of Alderford and the Chamberlain for The Baron and Baroness of The Barony of Brendoken in the Middle Kingdom. I have been elected to be the FeastOcrat for an event in February 2010 and was wondering if I could ask some food questions of one of your cooks or anyone who would like to converse with me. I am planning a Scandinavian Hunters Feast. We will have venison, fowl, smoked salmon and pork. I have several cook books from the library on Scandinavian cooking but as you know most of it is new world cooking. What I am looking for are authentic recipes from the area. Our Baron Einar's persona is Viking as well as our King and Queen, EikBrandr and Runa.   My Grandmother Thornquist was born in Sweden and would love to learn more about the food and people!
