|
The info found here on this website is the most recent updated, and therefore most accurate. Some of the details found in the advertisements in Dragons Tale and elsewhere have been changed, so if in conflict, go for this info.
Hoj hoj hurra! 25 years ago a group of young enthusiastic people founded a shire called "Styringheim"... All good populace of the known world are hereby invited to join us in celebration of a quarter of a century in the dream. Find out what made Styringheim what it is today, what it used to be and what it can be in the future. Walk with torches in the medieval city, watch a spectacular and unique fire show in a church ruin and have a grand feast in a 15th century hall. And most importantly, enjoy merry company!
The event will feature a number of sites, but the base camp will be the hotel Breda Blick. It's a hotel with high standard and wonderful rooms with view over the botanical garden, ring wall and ocean. We have been able to get a really good deal with the hotel so that we will be able to use it's facilities during the weekend, and we recommend everyone to book a room there for the weekend. The rooms are all small apartements and feature their own kitchen and bathroom. Most rooms are 4 bed, but separated. Possibility of single or double room also exist. Contact the autocrats for info. For a view of the hotel and surroundings, see this link.
This also means that the floor space included in the lower price has moved to the hotel.
Alcohol can be bought on the site for banquet and pub-evening (The Chapter House), and it's not permitted to bring your own beverages there. The hotel is discretely wet.
Site fee + feast with floor space : 320 SEK (32 EUR).
Site fee + feast with hotel room (4 beds): 620 SEK (62 EUR).
Site fee + feast with hotel room (double room): 820 SEK (82 EUR).
Site fee + feast with hotel room (single room): 1120 SEK (112 EUR).
We have got a very good deal with the hotel for living and using of it's facilities, and Styringheim further subsidize the living to be able to offer this environment which will be something extra. Hotel room includes bed towels, sheets and cleaning. Each room is equipped by a shower. If you want to come early or leave later you can stay at Breda Blick for only 250 SEK (25 EUR) per night. Double room is 350 SEK (35 EUR) and single room 500 SEK (50 EUR). Breakfast is included in the price but will be served at Hotell Gute, 5 minutes walk from Breda Blick. Reservations for extra nights are made through your normal registration.
